1. Overview

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect visitors to our website to do the same. In accordance with applicable copyright laws—including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)—we will promptly address and act upon valid copyright infringement notices.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Your notice must include all of the following elements (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)):

  3. A description (with URL or precise location) of the infringing material on our site.
  4. Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, and email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is unauthorized.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. How We Will Respond Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

  • Review the claim.
  • Promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content.
  • Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed.

4. Counter-Notice Process

If you believe that your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice to our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury stating that the content was removed by mistake.
  4. Your contact information.
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or equivalent if outside the U.S.) and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless a court order is submitted.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or block IPs of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Important Legal Notice

Please be aware that submitting any false statement or misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
